I recently did a few drawings for an old friend to help promote my hometown’s Music Festival in August. So… mark your calendars! for Wellsville, NY’s Main Street Music Fest! It’s comin’ at cha this August 10th & 11th featuring live music, delicious food, a fantastic car show, a guitar show, The Texaco Country Challenge and of course the World Class Bean Bag Tournament! All events are FREE! So if you happen to be in the neighborhood stop on by! It’s gonna be a blast! And don’t forget to check out those posters, featuring a tiny bit of my art!

Strawberry pie, strawberry shortcake, strawberries and cream, strawberry ice cream, strawberry pancakes, strawberry margarita… whatever your fancy… I just love strawberries!

There is just something dirty, cheap and curiously striking about a seedy motel on the side of a highway. Just think of all it’s disreputable possibilities. Rent by the day — or by the hour. Enjoy your sleazy activities while you share your cheap grocery store bought wine with a certain so-and-so… don’t worry, no one will know… no one will see you… no one knows you’re there… No one but the hoards of vermin who have come out for the buffet of crumbs the former occupant has left from a night of binge eating. Then when you least expect it things take a turn for the worse. The electricity blinks, you hear shrieks of horror and trying to escape your car won’t start. You can’t get a cell signal and the room’s phones don’t work. And again, no one knows where you are. You’re promiscuous night of debauchery turns into a sleepless night anticipating imminent slaughter from the serial killer running rampant.

Ahhh, Roadside Motels… bed bugs, showers that leak, quarters for beds that creek… come on my friends, get your kicks on route 66.

This is the famous Pink House located in Wellsville, NY — my hometown! It’s a subject matter that has been photographed, painted and drawn so many times. I hope you enjoy my version of the legendary haunted house. Notice the ghost of the girl in the pink dress walking in the front door.

This child portrait is of my niece Quinn. Isn’t she just adorable! Her birthday is about a month away, she’ll be turning 2! Gosh how time flies.

Wow, I’m busy! Where to start? Hmmm… think I’ll sit down, relax, contemplate my next move… then get my ass up, work really hard, achieve my goals for the day, then… reward myself with a martini. — Or hell, I can just skip everything and head right for the martini.
