Every child has a favorite stuffed animal. Those of you who know me are aware of Green Bear, my daughters best friend. But this is my son’s #1, we affectionately refer to him as Gage Bunny. Even though my 14 yr. old has out grown his need for stuffed animals, Gage Bunny will always be a part of his life, and a part of ours… and boy, he’s cuddly!
That’s right my friends… I’m getting ready for my favorite time of year, FOOTBALL season! And a great way to kick it off is by Living in High Cotton. I have to say… it was a great pleasure working with my friend James over at High Cotton Ties on this t-shirt design. It’s all you need for a-southern-live-it-up tailgating P-A-R-T-Y! More Emma…
I have to admit, I’m a bit of an Emma Stone fan. I was surprised to see her on the July cover of Vogue. I immediately swiped it off the newsstand and took it home. What a beautiful photos. I just knew I had to paint her. This is the first of two. Look for another soon. In the meantime, I’m channeling my inner Emma.

Back from vacation, so sad to see it end. It marks the extent of my lazy summer. Fall is here and I’m filled with inspiration! Have to go… my paint brush is waiting.
